1. Scope of Work Simba Heating agrees to perform the heating, plumbing, or air conditioning services as outlined in your provided quote or booking confirmation. Any additional work found necessary during the job will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

We reserve the right to adjust the price if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen structural/technical issues are discovered upon arrival.
3. Payments and Deposits

A deposit may be required for large installations or specialized parts.

Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 to 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide notice may result in a call-out fee to cover lost time and travel.
5. Access and Property
The customer must ensure that the work area is accessible and safe for our engineers. While we take the utmost care and pride in our precision, Simba Heating is not liable for minor cosmetic damage (such as lifting floorboards or drilling) necessary to complete the installation or repair.
6. Warranties and Accreditations

All workmanship is guaranteed for [e.g., 12 months].

Manufacturer warranties (e.g., Vaillant, Viessmann) are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and often require an annual service to remain valid.

We will provide all necessary industry certifications (Gas Safe/MCS) once full payment has been received.
7. Liability
Simba Heating maintains full public liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults in your system that are discovered during the course of our work.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
